When Jungle Bowls approached me, they had big ambitions: expanding their brand into a franchise with multiple locations. Jungle Bowls faced significant issues with their original branding that needed to be tackled head-on. Their existing logo, while aiming to capture the vibrancy of their brand, fell short in terms of scalability and readability. It was overly complex, with too many distracting elements that didn’t translate well across different mediums and sizes—making it difficult to use on packaging, signage, or digital platforms. Their marketing materials presented another challenge: inconsistency. Graphics felt patched together, lacking unity and a cohesive visual appeal. This disjointed approach meant the brand struggled to stand out and connect meaningfully with its audience. Our goal was clear: create a versatile, impactful identity that would elevate Jungle Bowls’ image while delivering a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
We started by really getting to know Jungle Bowls—their business goals, their customers, and what makes them stand out. The goal was simple: close the gap between their big vision and what their customers were actually craving. From there, we created a logo and visual identity that hit both targets—connecting with their audience while staying true to the brand's roots.
With packaging, our goal was to create designs that would grab attention on crowded shelves while telling the Jungle Bowls story. We leaned into bright, tropical patterns that evoked a sense of adventure, using colors inspired by lush greens, vibrant yellows, and earthy tones that evoke the feel of a tropical oasis. Practicality was also key. We selected eco-friendly materials to align with the brand’s values and designed the packaging to be user-friendly while highlighting key product benefits and natural ingredients. From bold visuals to clear, informative labels, every element was carefully considered to reflect the freshness and excitement of Jungle Bowls.
The owner was thrilled with the results, seeing firsthand how the transformation elevated the brand’s status and appeal. For me, the project was equally rewarding. It was incredible to watch everything come together beautifully and, more importantly, to see how our work solved their business challenge while fitting seamlessly with their audience's needs and expectations.
